The mgmt/owner are literal slumlords. They do not believe in holding themselves accountable when it comes to repairs. The entire building’s tenants left out week after week due to how rude and crappy they’ve handled the buildings repairs. Do not sign a lease here. It’s a shit show here
Advice to owner:
Please get out of this business. You’re really not a great person and I hope you hold yourself accountable for all the things you put your tenants through.
