Overall good building

Pros:
1. Pretty quiet block with street parking usually available 2. The current postal worker takes the time to hide packages if you forget or are busy. The couple times it’d happened, I’d find it under the doormat. 3. The owners are fair, cordial, and responsive. Longest I had to wait was a few hours. Although it sometimes felt the urgency in addressing was a bit lackluster at times. 4. Decent direct sunlight in the morning in the back 5. Neighbors were friendly and considerate
Cons:
1. The trash bins are in bad shape and the lids always fall off leading to rat issues. Hopefully could change with the new laws coming into effect. 2. The basement is prone to flooding so it does not make a great living area. Had a few instances but there enough room downstairs that it only really puddles and nothing gets ruined

Get proper trash bins and ensure steps are taken to prevent flooding
