Not clean and smells
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are not too loud and are nice
Cons:
There is a live in super but he does not take care of the building. The hallways always smell really bad and whenever I had called to say I needed help getting something fix, he either never came or came weeks after. Garbage outside is out of control
