Horrible landlord

Pros:
The things that I love about this apartment is that is big and spacious.
Cons:
Honestly the full cons of this apartment are the landlords Shmuel Kovi. They have no consideration to the responsible tenants. They want you to do their jobs in finding people to move inn so they could receive the full rent. They do not have any interest in finding new tenants. And if is not done they will kick you out! And threaten you to be kicked out. They also be doing crazy illegal stuff towards tenant like threats of being kicked off. Also it has been send a copy ny state laws that protect tenants ans they still do not follow.
Advice to owner:
My advice would be to be a little more considered. And to start doing things on the more legal side!
