It’s not good here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The street is very quiet and close to JFK airport. There is no foot traffic in front of the complex.
Cons:
Management is horrible. Only 2 out of four washers and one out of two dryers work for the 100 plus tenants. The property is over 20 years old and the appliances are very outdated. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors walk and yell at all times of the day. Snow does not get shoveled for days after blizzards and the basement frequently gets flooded after storms, causing the hot water to stop working for days. The hot water stops working for days throughout the year and management has poor response times. In the summer, the grass goes weeks without being trimmed and makes it difficult to walk at the side of the property. A parking lot is available behind the property but tenants are not allowed to use it.
