Landlords are responsive and easy to work with

Sometimes there has been ceiling leaks, but roof was completely replaced and issues were fixed

Pros:
Sol is an amazing landlord! Whenever something is needed, he is right on it, and will call to make sure to let us know when contractors will be coming by. Some of the roomies don’t pay rent on time and he is even lenient with that. No late penalties or eviction warnings, yet he will remind us how short we are on rent before the month is over, as he should. Will be asking him about other properties he owns/manages because he is the ideal landlord.
Cons:
Roach issues, flooding in basement, thin walls.

Pros:
Landlords were always easy to deal with and sent repairmen out within 24 hours. Lived there for three years and they never raised the rent. Would absolutely rent with them again
