Former Tenant
Pros:
There is only 3 apartments in the building so it’s not a lot of people in and out. The neighborhood is very convenient, there is everything you need. Pets are allowed. Management is responsive. Driveway parking. Apartments are modern.
Cons:
The laundry in the basement barely works. Take a while for maintenance issues to be fixed. Bug problem in the basement and hallway sometimes. Doesn’t tell you before signing the lease that the electricity bill is under them.
