Solid Landlord and solid building
Pros
Spacious. Bedrooms are huge.
Cons
Tiny kitchen. No amenities. New buildings went up adjacent with balconies just feet away from your bedroom windows so you have to keep your shades down all the time. Also, each apartment has a dedicated space for washer and dryer but landlord obviously cut corners and decided not to install them. Hes probably waiting for his special tax abatement deal to be up to do that. Landlord also.hangs around outs8de the building quite frequently so you feel like you are being watched
