Not that bad, not the greatest

Pros:
Very pretty. I loved the crown molding. The room sizes were pretty spacious. Nice balcony
Cons:
The family on the second floor had a baby that was super duper loud. Sometimes the tenants on the first and second floors would have problems. The windows weren't properly sealed. If it rained really hard, water would enter the room. It also attracted bugs since the tree was right on the window. Scratched up hardwood floors. A little too expensive considering the actual quality of the apartment. Barely any storage space
Advice to owner:
Stop charging market rate unless you at least seal the windows and doors, and fix the scratched up floors. Maybe consider renovating the bathroom and kitchen (not something white, black, or gray!! Something charming and warm like the rest of the apartment)
