Renter Beware

Pros:
Multiple bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Cons:
Heating is inadequate, owner does not fix things, owner easily becomes irate and inappropriate whenever you ask for things to get fixed. Does not take care of back yard area/garbage/dead animals/overgrown weeds and vines which bring in numerous bugs including roaches on the ground floor level during warmer months.
Advice to owner:
Abide by the law of habitability and treat paying tenants properly. Paying tenants need to have adequate heat, pipes/leaks/etc fixed, and pests taken care of with exterminators.
