Apt 2 pros and cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like that there are two bathrooms in the apartment, heat is pretty good, water pressure good, garbage management is prompt,
Cons:
I don’t like that as soon as i moved in there was no hot water, getting things fixed was an issue, pest control is not as good as i would have liked it to be, noisy upstairs neighbors with the constant moving of the furniture late night, there’s a wild bird in this building and it makes this screeching noise like a woman is getting murdered, there is not much light in the front of the door, noise levels could be better.
Advice to owner:
It would be nice if you guys could have a lot of things fixed when people move in, it’s a nuisance trying to get you people to come and fix something, have a better system of getting things done efficiently not in a rush, and not having people come in random times and expect people to be home.
