Great mgmt, helpful, good building, clean, friendly, safe
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mgmt is helpful, nice and efficient with their online portal. Compliant with city in all ways. They cleaned the apartment so it’s move-in ready. Building has people take care of maintenance to clean front of building, maintenance during snow and garbage removal. Respectful friendly and courteous neighbors in the building. Units are spacious and has good layouts.
Cons:
The AC is in wall and those units can be expensive to buy. Can be hard to winterize the wall units or avoid bugs entering from the back. Only during the summer has there been noise from other buildings playing music or leaving the fire hydrant on all day.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work in all your buildings.
