Underwhelmed for Downtown Brooklyn Luxury

Pros

Convenient location / feels safe, spacious unit, almost no noise between units. Staff has provided great and attentive service. Standard luxury amenities on offer.

Cons

There is some sort of structural issue with plumbing that causes regular issues - seemingly once a month, large portions of the building don't have access to water for hours at a time due to some plumbing emergency. Interior design and quality of amenities feels dated relative to the luxury properties in the neighborhood.
