Apartment 2E is great!
Former Tenant
Pros:
162 16th street is in a great area. Very close to both the R at prospect and the FG at 4th & 9th. There are many restaurants and bars nearby along with a few different options for groceries, pharmacy etc. The building itself felt very safe as it's locked and the Super lives on site. Sawyer the Super is an absolute gem, extremely kind and hard working. The owner of unit 2E is also wonderful. We lived in this unit for 5 years and Lulu was responsive any time we had issues or needed something fixed and very easy to work with year round (as well as during lease renewals). We moved out for a cross-country move, otherwise likely would have resigned another year.
The apartment itself has a decent amount of storage (for NYC) and windows in all rooms. The in unit W/D was extremely handy, as was the second bedroom and bathroom.
Cons:
The building management leaves something to be desired but certainly not the worst building management I've experienced.

Too much money for too little
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was a modern enough building that had great pluses like private outdoor space for almost all units, washer dryer in unit and a package room
Cons:
Call it a 2 bed but more like 1.5 bed, 2 bath. The second bedroom is extremely small and comes with no closet. Once you put a wardrobe in there, it east up all the space in the room. South Slope is tough to get into the city. The location of the R was not great. Additionally, the rent increase was way too much for the location of this property.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the construction outside the building. It was supposed to come down in the summer of 2021
