Pros:
clean building, new appliances, responsive management
Cons:
location, rats on street, elevator breaks down often
Advice to owner:
do something about rats on trash area

Pros:
Had a pretty good experience renting here — common areas were clean, roof was nice (don’t sit on the turf without a blanket, though, as people let their dogs go to the bathroom), and management was overall responsive to bigger problems.
Cons:
Tickets often had to be filed multiple times. The units are a lot pricier now.

Well maintained. As soon as I gave notice that I was leaving they went silent.

Cons:
Insane $10,000 security deposit. When I gave notice that I was leaving the property management company cut off all communication. I left the place spotless and was forced to contact the NY district attorney to get my security deposit back.
