Huge. Noisy walls
Former Tenant
Pros:
I don’t think stuff broke down much. Place was huge and had a big backyard. Got my whole security deposit back.
Cons:
Noise between apartments and rooms were bad. Very badly insulated. They also raised the rent pretty significantly each year. We only needed a repairman a couple times, pretty decent, but they sent someone who did a really shoddy plumbing job and has to come back multiple times. Im talking TAPED a pipe in place
Advice to owner:
Hire better contractors for repairs. Get better insulation between walls (like add more drywall)
