An Absolute Nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent location and backyard area. Maintenance workers are kind.
Cons:
When we moved in, they hadn’t finished moving out the previous tenant. We were left to clean the place which, at that point, meant a significant amount of trash and a kitchen full of food and dishes. When we informed the landlord, she offered us $25 in cash to “pay for cleaners”.

There were damages to the walls, floors and appliances upon moving in. Paint on the floor, despite walls not being painted after the previous tenant left. Which made them our responsibility based on the lease. Oh, and the walls? The walls are paper thin. Hope you like your neighbors.

Every “fix” the management company had created another issue. They would dodge calls and repair requests whenever possible until legal action was threatened. Lastly, roaches. Lots of them. Like, many. They eventually sent someone out monthly, but it never made a difference. Wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy, let alone a friend.

Oh, and don’t let them bully you into a two year lease at the last minute. The person who was leading our apartment dropped that on us when we were meeting to sign the one year lease and raised the price on the spot (along with a “finder’s fee”).
Advice to owner:
Learn how to do your job. Pick up the phone. Good luck when the city comes investigating.
