A great location but the stairs will require exercise
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building got a ton of natural light with access to a roof. Either the neighbors were quiet or they had solid insulation between the walls since you couldn't hear them at all. Easy way to pay rent and application process was easy.
Cons:
The washing machine was not great. The response time to requests was slow. The leasing team tries any way to get more money out of you.
