Management company the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself is nice.
Cons:
Plaza Management is a very sleazy company that will try to suck as much money out of you as possible. If you move in or out on a weekend it’s a $250 deposit you won’t get back. We moved into a dirty apartment with broken toilet, washing machine and stove. Although they did fix it all they acted like they were doing us a big favor instead of just their job. We had outlets that in a full year were never fixed. we sold furniture to the next tenants and instructed the company not to toss the furniture but they did anyway. When moving out one of my roommates needed the current landlord to talk to his new landlord our current one said he would for $25 which also doesn’t seem legal.
Advice to owner:
Like I said above, plaza management will try to rip you off. I’d avoid all their properties just to be safe.

Not bad at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
Surprisingly soundproof, roof has a nice view, washer/dryer in unit, and central air
Cons:
If you ever need anything fixed it takes forever, the apartment building is pretty “no frills”, although the apartments themselves are nice, the building is ok.
