Love living here

Pros

Management is responsive and excellent. Super is great.

Cons

They don't seem to replace broken parts, like AC, with new products very often.

Advice to the owners

Stop buying from that same AC vendor.

Great spot but a few pests

Pros

Close to the best spots in Williamsburg. Great rooftop which is barely used so feels like your own. Nice neighbors too

Cons

Cockroach issue on the ground floor and a few mice. Management company was a little slow to resolve issues and respond

Advice to the owners

Great building aside from pest issues
