Pros? Never heard of them.
Cons:
Where do I begin? This landlord only cares about moving tenants in and out as quickly as possible. The building is literally falling apart and management could care less. They hook people in with promises of renovations, and then don’t deliver for months or even the entire term of the lease. The building is INFESTED with roaches, management doesn’t care. You can hear ALL of your neighbors conversations - on all sides. If there’s a party in the back you will every word.
Advice to owner:
This owner doesn’t care or listen. If I had the opportunity to give them advice, I’d just walk away and save my breath and time.
