Great building overall

Pros:
People in the building are really kind, new management is very responsive, and overall it’s a good deal for the area
Cons:
Laundry machines were breaking often so the building ordered replacements. Sometimes there’s package theft which is very annoying.

Pros:
Owner responsiveness is great.
Cons:
Building management never responds to issues or complaints in a timely manner. Any contractor work is a nightmare as management simply gets the cheapest option and never follows up or inspects work.
