Modern apartment walking distance from the beach

Pros:
laundry in unit, dishwasher in unit, balcony, walking distance to the beach, walking distance to B+Q, walking distance to halal meat markets, walking distance to mosques, great food options, great grocery food options
Cons:
rats in the garage, rats ate into my car while sitting in the garage, nonresponsive management, packages get stolen, i have seen someone get into our garage, extermination services are not consistent
Advice to owner:
create more security around packages, build a storage in the building with keys for packages, exterminate the rats
