Fine Apartment with poor maintenance

Pros:
Very good layout with decent appliances. Great price, great location.
Cons:
It’s cheaply made and things started falling apart after a few years. Management doesn’t want to fix things and insists it’s not their responsibility. My roommates were pretty handy so we did several fixes on our own.
Advice to owner:
Better maintenance for the buildings longevity.
