Pros:
great neighborhoods great building and location
Cons:
front desk is great, management not so much, runs it like a business without caring for people, but the front desk and neighbors are the best you'd find in NYC (I've lived in three different areas and buildings in nyc in seven years)

Pros:
Terrific staff - everyone is so nice and repair requests are taken care of quickly.
Cons:
People smoke even though it’s a non smoking building and nothing seems to get done about it.
