Bad landlords/management

Pros:
Big windows, generally nice apartment. Elevator and roof access is great.
Cons:
- horrible, unresponsive management and landlords - central air is inconsistent - right off the BQE, so location isn’t the greatest - apartment finishings are cheap and break easily
Advice to owner:
Don’t wait three months to fix apartment issues.

Elevator opening into apartment
Cons:
Laundry was always broken, management company was not responsive and gave a lot of issues all the time. I would never recommend anyone to deal with this company
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and fix things sooner than later, respond to emails better and be more communication

Horrible Experience

Pros:
Good noise cancelation for large windows near the highway Great natural light Good finishes across apartment Good super response times
Cons:
Did not return security deposit in time + had unsubstantiated charges + did not perform an in person or virtual visit even after asking multiple times - very unprofessional landlord
Did not fix washer dryer after numerous requests (lived there for 2 years, only changed once we left)
Elevator would intermittently not work
No ability to get an extra fob in case of emergencies
Advice to owner:
Follow NYS law - don’t cheat people on their security deposits when you cannot offer basic services
