A+ Building in Perfect Location
Former Tenant
Pros:
We have lived here for 3 years and this building is perfect for couples who want to live in core Williamsburg. Pros include: - awesome neighbors, seems like everyone who lives here is super cool - elevator opens in to your apartment, which is sick - 2 balconies in most apartments - great views of the city from most units above the 5th floor - nice layouts that feel spacious - killer location in Williamsburg, with easy access to the JMZ and the L/G trains
Cons:
- packages keep getting stolen and there has been no real response from management other than putting up flyers about package theft - the management company tends to respond to most requests on 2-3 days, which isn’t necessarily bad but they aren’t super on top of things. However, they will always end up fixing the issue so you will never get totally screwed, it just might take a few calls to get them out. Overall I’d rate them as a solid B to B+.
Advice to owner:
Be more proactive and responsive to your tenants
