Management kept security deposit with zero documentation or reason given.

Elevator is a plus
Cons:
A few mouse sightings. Took 3 months to receive our security deposits once we vacated. Very loud car garage. Garbage area is constantly overfilled.
Advice to owner:
Clean up garbage area more frequently
