Great rental building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is great, hallways are cleaned daily, packages are almost safe, walls are thick, gym is good, roof is very nice, neighbors are friendly and quiet
Cons:
Paid bike storage, garage is expensive, ikea furnishings can break, but they fix them. You have your own small hot water heater, so hot water isn't free and you can run out.
Advice to owner:
Keep treating the staff well

Overall a nice building in a great neighborhood
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building, with decent sized bedrooms Nicely insulated, can’t hear neighbors other than from the hallway Washer and dryers in all units Gym, amazing roof deck, bunch of other amenities Elevators Great super and staff
Cons:
If you face the courtyard there’s a loud bar with outdoor space Minor mouse problem, but the building quickly resolved it
