Love the apartment, management isn't great

Pros:
Affordable, modern-ish apartments. Overall great apartment and love the location.
Cons:
Isn't particularly clean or well maintained. When there's an issue, it takes while to get fixed. Sometimes it take a couple of tickets to get an issue addressed. There haven't been many issues so for me it's been fine, but I hope that nothing comes up that requires management. I just want to not have to deal with them.

Pros:
Owners are very responsive. Have a great system of writing/submitting tickets when there are issues with an apt i.e. toilet breaks, faucet breaks etc and have someone sent over right away to fix it. Neighbors are all nice. We have a car & there’s a parking garage in the building. There a large shared outdoor space. All in all, love living here
Cons:
There’s been a lot of packages stolen however, the landlords are doing everything they can to prevent this from happening. Put frosted glass up, created a separate mail room. This apartment allows pets & although we don’t hear them, the backyard is typically used as their bathroom & sometimes the owners don’t clean up 100%.
Advice to owner:
Don’t allow animals
