Great Staff, Great Building

Pros

Doormen are wonderful, building is clean, amenities leave something to be desired, however the building is rent controlled and most (if not all?) units have dishwasher and W/D so that’s a huge plus!

Cons

Elevator maintenance is rough. Amenities could use some sprucing.

Overall Positive Experience

Pros

Door-people are fantastic, especially Jose. Rooftop is massive.

Cons

Tenants allow their dogs piss and shit on the rooftop turf, that's also used for children.
