Great space with great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building staff is amazing.
The general location and proximity to grocery stores, parks and shopping are extraordinarily convenient.
Amenities are well kept.
Neighbors are quiet and friendly.
Cons:
The AC unit has to work overtime in some of the summer months, otherwise the space is not cool.
The elevators have had some annoying issues making them slow or out of order.
