Lots of natural light

Pros:
Huge windows with lots of natural light Mgmt is doing a better job of responding to recent issues (package thieves etc) Close to the subway
Cons:
Tall ceilings = high heating bills over the winter Can be a little loud (traffic from the BQE)

Pros:
Beautiful apartments with high ceilings
Cons:
Most unresponsive landlord in NYC. No matter what the emergency is, they will always move slowly and try to buy themselves time. The lobby is constantly dirty and even though we were promised a door person we haven’t had one in over a year.
