Decent building, awful management

Aesthetics. Floor to ceiling windows. Industrial look.
Cons:
There’s no way to contact anyone at Mily. We agreed to .5 months off at the end of the term, but they charged us for the full month and now we have a balance that jeopardizes our credit. We tried contacting Mily through various means, called them for few hours at a time, and even tried going into their office. They are not reachable.
Advice to owner:
Provide a way to contact you easily and make sure people are responsive.
