building review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Maintenance is super responsive. Door people are cool. Mail never gets stolen.
Cons:
Walls and windows are super thin, and you can hear everything. Neighbors aren’t great, both in and out of the building. Construction outside the building is extremely loud.

Decent, and don’t expect too much
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is very close to the subway and has awesome concierge and maintenance staff.
Cons:
The building management is lax about maintenance needs in the building. Washers, driers, and elevators are frequently broken for long periods of time.
Advice to owner:
Invest in higher quality commercial/industrial amenities, prioritize maintenance within 30 days, and communicate with tenants via email as not everyone has Facebook.

Not too Shabby
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman all day and night, dog run, gym, sauna, and laundry room. Some units have balconies and large terraces. Pet friendly.
Cons:
There are amenities like the movie theater and lounge area that management will charge you for. So when you view the building they’ll tell you all you have to do is reserve it and you can use it. They don’t tell you that you’ll have to pay and also put a deposit down. The lounge is an area that you can use but if you have more than 4 people, management will watch you through the camera and send you a bill, even though you are allowed to have up to 8 people. They will do anything to charge you. They aren’t the best in communicating with you and will NEVER tell you how they charge YOU for the HVAC.
Advice to owner:
More transparency would be appreciated.

Not good at all
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building and the amenities are great.
Cons:
The management sucks. There is a racist lawyer that lives on the 3rd floor. The elevator was sometimes out for months.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the racist lawyer on the 3rd floor.
