Terrible Management made it untenable
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building hired a guy who kept on top of the trash situation.
Cons:
Management were terrible at helping with everything from heating, AC, gas issues. Pete was an absolute nightmare to deal with. We moved out as soon as we could.
Advice to owner:
Manage the building better.

Nice deal for Williamsburg!

Horrible Super and Mgmt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments with big windows and lovely hardwood floors. In-building garage with affordable parking rates. Very convenient to the L train and some great local businesses in the area.
Cons:
Any sort of repair work that the super or porter does is very shoddy. Crews brought in for larger issues are bottom of the bucket and cause further issues. There have been repeated issues of employees smoking in the building over months and management has refused to do anything and will rarely respond to any issue. Absolutely not worth the high rent they are charging.
Advice to owner:
Give a bit of a shit and respond if your tenants are reaching out to you.

Avoid at all costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is nice. And the apartment has nice sunlight
Cons:
The maintenance is absolutely garbage. The super does not stay anywhere nearby and is totally unhelpful. They only care about money not about the tenants. They do not reply to maintenance requests but will happily reply instantly about any rent issues. Avoid them
Advice to owner:
Care about people
