3rd floor unit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management was alright, fairly responsive
Cons:
We had a leaky sink and they used cheap materials to fix it so immediately leaked again. It was fixed the second time around but still annoying.

25 Montrose Ave
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are nice enough, and the roof and gym are both good amenities. It has an elevator.
Cons:
Landlord unresponsive. Bad package theft. The windows are huge but have terrible insulation -- it is freezing in the winter no matter what. They also gather a ridiculous amount of condensation. Even if I wiped them down daily there would be water running down the walls causing mold.
Advice to owner:
Please at least be available during regular business hours.
