Close to perfection
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is really great and management very responsive with any issues. Neighbors are friendly and respectful, overall a great building.
Cons:
Sometimes the elevator has issues, and the water is not very warm in my apartment shower.

Management is terrible, building run down
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location, relatively quiet especially for the area
Cons:
For some reason a layer of dust accumulates instantly even with HEPA air purifiers running on max all day. The water is terrible and creates a film within a week. Apartments were supposedly built 10 years ago but everything is breaking down already. Pipes rusted through, layout is extremely strange, super expensive. Management is rude and doesn't help with anything. Everything falling apart. Most tenants move out as soon as their lease is up.
Advice to owner:
Fix your stuff. Outrageous you charge so much for such a run down apartment
