Under new board and property management

Pros:
I am a long-time owner at 315 Gates, I was the first President of our board as I was vetting new property management companies, and I came across mostly positive reviews on OpenIgloo, thank you. However I wanted to address one review about our creepy maintenance guy, he's gone, long gone. I got back on the board and now we have a great new property management company, and within a year the change is unimaginable best of all we have an onsite (not live-in) superintendent, who is knowledgable, nice, and non-creepy.
Cons:
I would never sell, to this day we still have some of the lowest common charges imaginable, and the neighborhood is thriving, safe, reliable transportation, I guess a con is that I didn't buy a parking spot or storage unit when I had the chance, back when they were dirt cheap!
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work!

Quiet, really well built building, great units, great location, no complaints
Cons:
Package room gets filled with packages all the time.

Pros:
Elevator. Dogs. Sweet neighbors. Back entrance. Secure package closet. Movie screening room and library in the building.
Cons:
The maintenance guy is a little creepy to women.

Amazing building, great windows, great location

Pros:
It was a semi new building (condos), but the super was very responsive and great.
Cons:
B/c it was condos you were subject to the owner's changes in prices.
