- break ins from street - lack of common space upkeep - maintenance is deferred until situation is dire Look up reviews on Yelp and Google for Werber Management. The elevator went out of service with no warning. Due to their maintenance neglect, it will take months to fix. The super left the same day the elevator went out. There was no notice given for either event. There are pregnant women, elderly being forced to walk up 12 flights of stairs. The views, neighbors, design are great, but they come with a price. Think twice about moving into this building. There is a reason turnover is so high.
