Awful as hell
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like the outside of the building, it’s nice and looks so cool
Cons:
The building is always dirty, a lantern fly lived in the elevator for 3 weeks. We have spiders in the ceiling area that they don’t sweep down or clean. Laundry room is dirty most of the time, people smoke too much, this shit wasn’t even built properly it’s rushed and they never tell you the truth about open apartments, “security/ door man” falls asleep and some of them are rude and creeps.
Advice to owner:
Do better.

Mostly great apartment living
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good amenities Great location, close to everything you could need.
Cons:
While the Super responds quickly, it takes a very long time to get repairs completed properly.
Advice to owner:
Make the second floor patio onto a smoking section. Put signage up to curb your dog, and better sinage for the address.

You take the good, you take the bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's quiet, clean and comfortable. There are amenities like the gym, laundry and outdoor space. The staff who service the building are wonderful.
Cons:
I don't care much for the management team, they give you the run around. You have to email multiple times to get a response. All they care about is the money factor.
Advice to owner:
More responsiveness to the tenants, better communication
