Former Tenant
Pros:
Back yard. Big apartments. Block away from subway and supermarket.
Cons:
Loud porter. Plays loud music. The building is on a busy street. All the trucks from highway turn at the corner and there’s high traffic at the corner. Constant noise that will wake you out of your sleep if you’re facing Caton Avenue. Landlord is not responsive and doesn’t care to help tenants with issues. Pest problem. Leaks in the ceiling take forever to be fixed and keep coming back.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to patients and take them for their word.
