Pros:
Building only has 3 units in which the landlord occupies one. Building is quiet.
Cons:
Refuse to change appliances that are extremely old and building is bad with heat. Increased rent during pandemic without upgrading apartments or changing appliances.
Advice to owner:
Maintenance and upgrades are extremely important if you want to charge top prices. Especially with appliances. Instead of being greedy try to make your tenants happy.
