Solid building with flaws

Good sized pool
Cons:
HVAC system, apartment facing north gets very cold in the winter. High electric bills
No smoking in your own apartment
No common roof area
Gym is not great

Beautiful waterfront building

Location, accessibility, parking, management
Cons:
Gets super windy, small gym, and a lack of outdoor spaces, no roof deck, too many pets in the building, common areas are outdated.
Advice to owner:
Renovate and are-decorate amenities spaces

Well run building with gorgeous views

Pros:
The building has great views, the appliances and buildout are condo level (because I’m leasing from an owner) which means subzero fridge, etc. We’ll run door man building (they even preemptively came to replace my HVAC filters to prepare for the summer!)
Cons:
It is a WALK through a wind tunnel to get to the building and in the winter this is extremely cold (and will blow you away)

Great building with an amazing staff.

Pros:
All of the staff make living in the building feel very luxurious. The quality of the apartments themselves and the views are second to none. Really only moving out for a change, but otherwise would never move.
Cons:
Of all the buildings in the area, it has by far the worst amenities. Really needs to update to keep up with the other buildings on the waterfront.
Advice to owner:
Update the amenities.
