Mediocre building with good acccess to L

Pros:
- Access to L train - Units that face the back of the building are quiet - Rooftop with great views
Cons:
- lots of stolen packages - not very clean
Advice to owner:
Invest in building maintainance. Update the gym.

Great location, well maintained

Pros:
Location, backyard space, laundry in building, quick response to maintenance requests
Cons:
Heat comes from electric dual ac/heat, not great and expensive. Multiple ceiling leaks. Took over 2 months to fix a loud hallway fire alarm in hallway.
Advice to owner:
Asks tenants not to slam doors, the doors are so loud
