Pros:
Huge Kitchen, big bedrooms, huge windows, soundproofed well
Cons:
Some things did tend to break easily but were easily repairable and just the product of builders trying to be cheap.

Far from train station. Building management can be very rude.
Advice to owner:
Be involved and care more for the health of the tenants.
