Think twice before renting
Pros
Several subway stations and lines nearby for commuting to Manhattan. Convenient location near Park Slope.
Cons
The agent gave vague answers and pressured me with fake deadlines, even though I was the only applicant. After approval, I was switched to a different address without clear explanation. Advertising and lease paperwork listed different building numbers, making it hard to verify reviews. The building itself has issues: narrow hallways with a strange smell, missing bedbug filings, and a former super who, according to official records, is still connected to the property.
This place blows
Pros
location is nice and mgmt is getting more responsive.
Cons
I would avoid this place! -Even if you're a good tenant, they'll jack up your rent, they have no heart. They even hired a registered sex offender to be the live in super lol -It can be loud depending on where you're staying given it's across a major hospital with ambulances and trucks receiving deliveries on a busy street. -Roaches and mice but decent pest control service is provided
