This place blows
Former Tenant
Pros:
location is nice and mgmt is getting more responsive.
Cons:
I would avoid this place!
-Even if you're a good tenant, they'll jack up your rent, they have no heart. They even hired a registered sex offender to be the live in super lol
-It can be loud depending on where you're staying given it's across a major hospital with ambulances and trucks receiving deliveries on a busy street.
-Roaches and mice but decent pest control service is provided

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location and
Cons:
The live in Super is an actual child molester that can't fix shit for shit. He's kind of sketch and he'll talk your ear off too anytime you pass him.

Building is in poor condition. Graffiti all over the exterior should give an indication of this, but when you walk inside, you're greeted with mold on the ceiling of the hallway. Many units have roaches or pipe issues.

Trash is always in the hallways and the residents leave their trash on the ground in the trash room so you have to leap over other people's trash to properly throw yours out.

They don't heat the units when it drops below 55 degrees, even though they legally have to.

Hospital across the street can get very loud with trucks and ambulances and the windows are very cheap so you hear everything.
Advice to owner:
Please treat your residents like people

heck no
Former Tenant
Pros:
close proximity to trains and in a great neighborhood with lots of fun things to do! Xfinity.
Dishwasher
Cons:
They won't tell you this when you move in obviously, but your super is a registered sex offender.

Unfortunately, he's also terrible at his job and will routinely flake on your repairs, or will show up drunk and talk your ear off and then do a poor job. He doesn't know how to fix shit and he often leaves the problems worse. There's currently terrible water damage, leaks, and visible mold in the hallway.

Your hallways will smell like his cigarettes and your packages will get stolen.

If you're facing streetside, just know that the windows are cheap and thin and your across a hospital so you'll likely be woken up by an endless stream of trucks and ambulances.

I would not live here again.
Advice to owner:
In the long run, it would be cheaper for you to hire a competent super

Horrible from start to finish
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location near trains, restaurants, groceries, park. Upgraded appliances. Good daylight in front apartments
Cons:
Wasn’t notified by management that the live-in Super is a REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER prior to lease signing. Neighbors leave their garbage and personal
Items in hall for days. Building isn’t well maintained. Noisy block. Trucks delivery all day and all night. Repairs aren’t addressed by management or the super quickly. Took 60 days to receive security deposit return. Rent increases are arbitrary and high. No laundry in building.
Advice to owner:
Take more pride and initiative in maintaining the building. Be accountable for misconduct of the super and tenants. Adhere to city and state laws governing building codes and security deposit return.
