Good location yet building has structural issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location and the units are built well with condo like amenities
Cons:
The windows are drafty and hearing costs are upwards of $250-300 a month in the winter.
Advice to owner:
Fix the heating issue

The Central Air and Heating System needs to be replaced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious units and don’t hear neighbors. Great location and near subways.
Cons:
The central air/heat isn’t efficient. Windows are drafty so heat doesn’t fully heat apartment. Despite multiple asks, it just doesn’t work right and the bill will be over $300 a month!
Advice to owner:
Review the heating system and make sure windows are caulked or change windows to prevent drafts.
