The Central Air and Heating System needs to be replaced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious units and don’t hear neighbors. Great location and near subways.
Cons:
The central air/heat isn’t efficient. Windows are drafty so heat doesn’t fully heat apartment. Despite multiple asks, it just doesn’t work right and the bill will be over $300 a month!
Advice to owner:
Review the heating system and make sure windows are caulked or change windows to prevent drafts.
