Building in need of full update
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are LOVELY, very friendly in general Lots of pets and pet friendly Views and security are a plus
Cons:
Management is terrible - our heat was broken for multiple months without resolve. Gym is very unclean, ceiling plaster is falling down. items would break very often and need replacement
Advice to owner:
Updates are heavily needed throughout the building for current rent costs
