Decent building close to subway

Pros:
Close to subway station
Rooftop access
Fairly quick responses to maintenance
Online portal for submitting maintenance requests and paying rent
Cons:
Sometimes you have to follow up with maintenance for them to get past the initial phone call/visit and actually solve the problem
Area sometimes felt unsafe
Not close to many restaurants/bars

Infested with mold

Pros:
None they are terrible humans.
Cons:
They rented their space to a whole youth program and community space knowing they had a big mold issue. We continued paying rent and they ignored all of our request. It made people sick so all of our members left and it destroyed our business model and program. When we started fighting back the owners became aggressive, started recording us In our space and installed cameras leading directly into our space.
Advice to owner:
Be better humans
